Every Saturday 12.30-14.00 for a full month, we want to offer free introductory 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu sessions for girls only! Jiu Jitsu is a truly empowering martial art, a real superpower! Consistent training in Jiu Jitsu will make you more prepared for a real physical confrontation than most other martial arts out there. Over time you will learn how to protect yourself against bigger and stronger untrained people, learn how to control them, how to choke them unconscious, break their arms, legs and soul.. all in a fun and healthy environment of course

We at 10pBergen want to offer these free classes for females only now to try and get more girls to the mats, obviously the aim should be to join the regular classes after this trial. STARTUP WEEK SEASON 7

First full week of reps at 10pBergen, done! 🥰💯 After one and a half year of downtime, the mats are finally coming alive again ❤️ Sooo good to see all the stupid faces again, just been a week of BIG fat smiles and really good vibes 😎🔥 Almost like the downtime never happened. More and more new people have been in for their trial week, some discovering Jiu Jitsu for the first time, and some returning to old grounds.. because.. Jiu Jitsu is so incredibly fun and addictive! What? I can learn how to choke people unconscious and break their limbs against their will? Like for real? Yes and yes.. Just show up to the mats and give it time, it’s a bumpy road, but well worth it once your game starts developing 💯🔥 I predict we will be back up and running full steam ahead again fairly soon, but we start off slow and “relaxed” to get everyone back to normal baseline. Ooh yes, what a day!! 🔥 A lot of great matches and all out wars! 🔥💯 All in all 1 Gold, 4 Silver and 2 Bronze by the team! 👌 Had competitors in Beginner, Intermediate and Expert bracket's. Good times! 🙏🔥 Ellisiv: Gold - Intermediate, Light weight + Silver - Intermediate, Absolute Adult | Benjamin: Silver - Intermediate, Light weight Adult | Jonas: Silver - Intermediate, Heavy weight Master 30+ | Åsmund: Bronze - Intermediate Adult | Andre`: Silver - Beginner Heavy weight Adult. Also fought some beasts in Absolute | Yikaalo: Bronce - Beginner Bantam weight Adult | Also worth mentioning, both Espen and Kristian made it to Bronce finals and placed 4th in their Expert level Adult brackets. Two very hard fought runs with several nice kills. Espen (purple) even took out a black belt (or two) Rest who did not place had some good experiences, for some it was first time.
